"There is more to life than just being OK."

We know that there is more to life than just feeling OK and it is my aim to help you, through and other means to experience .

We all have vitality that is ours to own, it belongs rightfully to us and through the lifestyle of today and neglect, this is often taken away, causing an energy reduction making us feel OK but not 'firing on all cylinders'. It is my intention to help the individual seek what is theirs and help the individual meet such goals and this is in the form including flower essences, herbal tinctures and dietary advice.

About Catherine Baddock

Catherine is a qualified homeopath (LCHE), a member of The Society of Homeopaths (RSHom) and a member of the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA). To complement her homeopathic skills Catherine trained with the British Institute for Allergy and Environmental Therapy, the leading institute for

and treatment in the UK. Catherine has a diploma in the identification and treatment of allergic disorders Dip.A.E.T. She is a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.

Catherine found that of all the complementary medicines she tried homeopathy was particularly effective at treating the underlying cause rather than just alleviating the symptoms. She saw that homeopathic treatment in conjunction with a healthy diet, nutritional and herbal supplementation, enabled people to overcome symptoms stemming from many causes, such as allergies and intolerances, hormonal imbalances, physical and emotional traumas, and inherited health problems.

As a result of her training, Catherine successfully treated herself for long-term, systemic Candida and its related food intolerances. Combining homeopathic treatment and supplements Catherine offers an effective program which does not require following the highly restrictive 'exclusion diet'. Catherine now specializes in Candida treatment.

Catherine practices at her own clinic in Egham, Surrey.

Testimonials:

"I had a problem with persistent red blotches and swelling on the skin and around my eyes. My doctor was unable to help me any further after using conventional treatments and said I was probably allergic to the pollen from nearby pine trees.

I went to see Catherine just under a year ago. I wanted to get rid of the condition as I was getting married and did not want to walk up the aisle with dark glasses on! Catherine identified the problem as being Candida, although I showed allergic reactions to several other causes. Within two weeks of treatment the eye problem had dramatically improved and had disappeared entirely three months later. Over the space of a couple of months I began to make changes to my diet as Catherine had recommended. I am now consulting Catherine about various other health matters."

"Catherine Baddock has been treating me for the past two years since being diagnosed with oral cancer. She is entirely professional, caring and supportive. She has taught me a great deal about the right sort of diet, vitamins and skin care to use. She has also done a great deal of research in order to prescribe the best remedies to help me through the original 14 hour operation, radio therapy and subsequent treatment. I have no hesitation in commending her services."

"I was going through a very difficult and stressful time in my life. Numerous things were causing me stress, including a failing relationship and the death of a very close family member; all of this while I was in the late stage of pregnancy. I wasn't taking care of myself and, I believe, all these things combined brought on ulcerative colitis. I was really ill for a long time with symptoms of bleeding and lots of pain. My flare-ups were so bad that, on many days, I was unable to get out of bed. I became very depressed and actually thought I was dying. At the hospital, doctors treated me with many different medicines, including steroids and anti-depressants. Nothing improved my condition. The steroids, I believe, even made my condition worse. I could not go on living this way and felt hopeless. Someone suggested I should consider homeopathy and put me in touch with Catherine Baddock. I was ready to consider anything so I decided to give homeopathy a try.

Catherine suggested homeopathic remedies together with healing plant juices and vitamins. As part of my homeopathic treatment, I also needed to change my diet - I ate mostly comfort food that aggravated the colitis, and began making lifestyle changes. Once I took this new approach, healing began.

As the homeopathy did its work, I stopped taking steroids and found I was also able to wean myself from the anti-depressants. My flare-ups stopped and I had no more horrible symptoms. I began to feel that life could be good again.

Before I began homeopathy, the hospital doctors had begun suggesting I might need surgery to bring my condition under control if the medicine and steroids did not work. Some time after my homeopathic healing, I attended a follow-up appointment at the hospital. The doctors were mystified and astonished to find no trace of symptoms or ulcerative colitis. They said to me, "We can't explain what has happened but, whatever you're doing keep doing it!"

I have now been in total remission for two years. I am moving forward with my life and am optimistic about the future. For me, homeopathy was the stepping stone back to a full life, both physically and emotionally. Homeopathy works."
